Our Programs
We work in 2-person teams about every 1/4 mile along the many smuggling trails and roadways. There
is a "LiNE BOSS" for every mile of major route who posts the people under his control. He is there for your safety
as he does know the area very well. "SAFETY IS ALWAYS 1ST" We've had people come from Alaska, Nova
Scotia, NJ, CO, KS, TX, CA, NV, UT, NM, BC and even Poland! When you get the time, come to one of our events on
the border to see if it's for you. You can come for a day, week or month. Seniors, and all Males, Females &
young adults 18+ Welcome!!

Border Event Info – 1
WEAPONS:
If you are legally
allowed to possess a handgun, you can carry it exposed here with no problem. We don’t want them waved around or any
target shooting – keep it safeguarded in a low profile and pray you don’t need it. You don’t want to use
it on an illegal – Border Patrolmen go to prison just for this! – Rifles and shotguns should not be brandished
– if you want to keep one in your RV, fine but we don’t want to appear as a para-military group in any way. To
carry them in the field you’ll need an AZ Hunting License – no exceptions & calibers must be suitable for
Coyotes. (Predator-type).
Actually, if you have a close encounter you’re better off with a pepper-gel spray of
10 -17% capsaicin. A stun gun comes in handy also. You won’t get into any trouble with these items.
PROTOCOL &
COURTESY:
If you are questioned by USBP or the CCSO, you’ll have my number to give them and if asked if you’re
with the "Minutemen" tell them you have no affiliation to them – You’re with the Cochise County Militia.
– Be very polite to any civilians that query you, you may have more problems from them.
LODGING:
As soon
as you know you’re coming for sure, Send your $50 Registration Fee and we’ll send you your I.D. Card and several
info sheets on gear and lodging.
CAMPING:
A potti-stool is very handy if you’re in a RV or tent –
I’ll make arrangements for porta-potties placed in central locations also.
WASTE DISPOSAL:
Pack-in &
pack-out your trash – we take nothing but pictures and leave nothing but footprints. – There are dumpsters in
town and in campgrounds.
HIGH DESERT SURVIVAL:
Here at 4,600’ you get fooled by the weather easily –
Shorts and short-sleeved shirts are taboo as there are many insects and varieties of cacti that can ruin your trip –
an insect repellent with "Deet" is a must! – 80’s in the day and sometimes close to freezing at night
– watch for hypothermia and dehydration constantly – "Chap-Stick" is a big seller here –
Drink
plenty of water. – if you’re from a "sea level" area, you’ll find yourself short of breath for
the first 24 hours until you adjust. – A hat is a definite MUST! You’ll burn very easily at this altitude 12 months
of the year. – Watch yourself and others for signs of Dehydration…. Dry mouth, light-headed, headache….
Get into the shade and drink water until we can get you to medical help. – Sunglasses and a good sun block help a lot
also.
